Fresh Oysters will be change every season (Quarterly) with different part of World sea type Oysters to let guests to navigate and taste. Fresh Fishes will be delivered daily to every other day from West Coast of United States and Europe to enhance its quality and freshness to serve guests to feel and explore.

Sea Salt Restaurant will be operated under Prosperous and Lucrative Executive Chef/Director Eric Lee, whom has been in Japanese Cuisine World for more than 20 years of experience in Las Vegas alone. Executive Chef/Director Eric Lee is pleasing to provide, share, stipulate, and show an astonishing skill to gathered us at Sea Salt Restaurant.
